Delivery Information

• If your order requires delivery, you agree to cover the delivery costs, which will be detailed before payment and included in the total price for the goods.

• We will send the goods to the delivery address you provide when placing your order. Please note that we can only deliver within the North Island and South Island of New Zealand. Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes.

• Delivery will be carried out by courier or another delivery service of our choice.

• If your order includes multiple items, we may choose to deliver all items together or separately. If we opt for separate deliveries, you will not incur any additional delivery charges.

• Any delivery time or date we provide is an estimate. Except where prohibited by law, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery.

• For oversize items or large quantities, special delivery conditions may apply, such as delivery to a commercial property, requiring a forklift to unload, or a tail-gate truck if a forklift is not available.
