Return Policy
If you change your mind about the goods or find them at a lower price elsewhere, we may agree to accept a return and offer you a replacement, exchange, or refund (excluding any delivery costs) under the following conditions:
- The goods must be returned within 14 days from the delivery or collection date.
- The goods must be returned in their original condition: unused, in their original sealed packaging (if applicable), with all tags attached.
- You must provide the original invoice for the order.
- The goods must not fall under the exclusions listed below.
The following items are not eligible for a refund or exchange:
- Gift cards
- Special order items that were specifically ordered for you and are not part of our regular inventory
- Respiratory protection items, due to hygiene and quality concerns
If we agree to issue a refund or credit for the returned goods, please allow up to 14 working days for the processing of the refund or credit.
You will be responsible for any delivery costs associated with returning the goods to us. If we agree to replace or exchange goods, you will also be responsible for any delivery costs related to the replacement or exchange.
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, depending on the circumstances.
